Dissertation Mentor – Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Leadership

The Higher Education Leadership doctoral program (Ed.D.) at Missouri Baptist University is now accepting applications for positions as dissertation mentors. Successful candidates will serve as dissertation committee members to students pursuing their doctorate in higher education leadership. Candidates are expected to be actively involved with students as mentors and should also attend quarterly faculty meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess an earned doctorate in higher education and exhibit an enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting students. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a record of professional activity and have a scholarly background in qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, or action research, which may be indicated through coursework, classes taught, publications, or prior dissertation mentoring experience.
